Terms and Conditions

Voyageur Place

As of September 2019, all residents of Voyageur Place (Saskatchewan hall, Athabasca Hall, Qu’Appelle Hall and Qu’Appelle Hall Addition) receive the “Unlimited” Meal Plan. The Unlimited Meal Plan allows access to the Marquis Dining Hall during operating hours with great flexibility.

During Marquis meal services’ VP residents will have full access – come as often as you want and as many times as you like – while Marquis is open. Additional visits do not cost you additional amounts. This meal plan is designed to offer our Voyageur Place residents greater flexibility, ability to graze and not overeat at meals and adapt eating patterns most enjoyed by the resident themselves!

Marquis Dining Hall is open for three meals a day on weekdays and two meals a day on weekends and holidays.

*Please note The Unlimited Meal Plan does not include a Resident Cash Card (RCC$).

Residence Cash Card (RCC) Options

On any RCC amount purchased, VP students are entitled to a 10% bonus. If RCC is purchased between August 19^th, 2019 and September 13^th, 2019, VP students will receive an additional 5% bonus (totaling 15%).

Please note: VP students cannot add additional bonuses to these amounts. If purchased online, they will not be reimbursed to get the correct bonus amount. All VP RCC amounts are to be done through the Culinary Services office.

RCC can be used at any of our dining locations – Agriculture Café, Arts Café, Booster Juice, Starbucks, Subway at Kinesiology, Tim Hortons – Marquis/Arts/Geology/Education/Health Sciences, and Marquis Hall.

Please note that RCC funds are for the exclusive use of food and beverage items only.

College Quarter

Residents of College Quarter Meal Plan includes 7 meals at Marquis Hall and a $185.57 RCC per term (2 terms = fall & winter) for a total of 14 Marquis Hall meals and $371.14 RCC $. Residents have the option purchase additional Meal Plans online.

The RCC $ can be used at any of our dining locations – Agriculture Café; Arts Café; Starbucks; Subway at Kinesiology; Tim Hortons-Marquis/Arts/Geology/Health Sciences; Tim Hortons Express in Education; and Marquis Culinary Centre. Check the "Where to Eat" tab on our website for all the eligible food outlets and their hours of operation.

McEown Park

Meal plans are a mandatory component of the student residences agreement for McEown Park. (Seager Wheeler, Assiniboine, Wollaston and Souris).

The Seager Wheeler Meal Plan consists of a $120.00 RCC (2 terms @ $60.00 RCC/each – fall & winter)

The Assiniboine/Wollaston/Souris Meal Plans consists of $180.00 RCC (3 terms @ $60.00 RCC/each = fall, winter & summer). Residents have the option to purchase additional Meal Plans from Culinary Services.

Graduate House

The Grad House Meal Plan consists of 7 meals at Marquis Culinary Centre and a $185.57 RCC per term (3 terms = fall, winter and summer) for a total of 21 meals at Marquis Hall and $556.71 RCC $. Residents have the option purchase additional Meal Plans from Culinary Services.
