Cherrienell Gonzales is originally from Bulacan, Philippines. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, major in Sports and Recreational Management
Before migrating, she dedicated herself to working closely with youth and communities under the Provincial Youth and Sports Development Office, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and community engagement. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals and fostering meaningful connections.
Currently, Fish serves as the Assistant Manager of Culinary Retail Operations, where she oversees daily operations, supports staff development, ensures quality service delivery, and contributes to creating a positive and efficient work environment. She plays a key role in coordinating team updates, maintaining operational standards, and enhancing overall customer experience.
In her current role, she finds genuine fulfillment in her daily interactions with staff and the campus community, which she considers the most rewarding part of her work. Her genuine approach, dedication, and leadership continue to make a positive impact on those around her.
When not at work, Fish enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking with her fiancé, Bianca.
