Requests for moving or removing vending equipment can be made by contacting Consumer Services. The following information will be required to process the request:
- Current location of the equipment.
- Reason for move or removal.
- Date the move or removal is required (seven days notice needed).
- Moves: Exact description of where the machine is being moved to.
- Moves: Confirm that the new location has power.
- Moves: Date machine can be moved back to original position.
- Removal: Date machine can be delivered back.
- Contact name and phone number.
