  • Ramen Bowls- New daily selections of our chef created ramen bowls. 
  • Nourish Bowls- Build your own nourish bowl station with plant forward, healthy ingredients. 

Up-coming Events

  • Marquis Holiday Dinner- On December 12th from 5pm-8pm, we will be preparing a delicious Holiday meal. Some of the menu items include: Kale Caesar salad with Dark Rye Croutons, Parmesan and a Lemon Mustard “Caesar” Dressing, Roast Salmon with Lemon Dill Cream, French Canadian Tortierre Pie, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots and Parsnips and many more options inclulding dessert!

Fall 2021

House and Quarter located at Grad House is a location and concept that was opened to provide students living at College Quarter the convenience of hot meals, fresh ready-made foods, sandwiches, and salads as well as grocery kitchen and pantry items. We will be continuing to expand on this service with the addition of a Starbuck’s coffee program. 

Mobile Ordering Takeaway will now be available for Marquis for those wishing to just purchase the hot meal or from a limited menu section for takeaway. Please note however that this service is separate from the weekly or unlimited meal plans.

Proof of vaccination

Dear Students and Meal Plan Members,

Effective October 1, 2021 a provincial requirement for proof of vaccination or negative test will be implemented for public access to a list of establishments, businesses and event venues that bring groups of people together.

All students’ faculty, staff and visitors will be required to show a proof of vaccine before entering the Marquis Hall Culinary Centre and Dining Rooms.

Proof of Vaccination requirements include:

  1. Provide proof of having received two doses of a WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine (ie. E-health record or provincial vaccine proof QR code).


  1. Provide photo identification with name matching the name on the proof of vaccination card.


  1. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals must provide visual proof of your negative test with a date that shows the test was taken within the past 72 hours. 

1. a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test for SARS-CoV-2;
2. a point-of-care antigen test for SARS-CoV-2;
3.any other test for SARS-CoV-2 approved by the Minister of Health;


**Please note that this requirement may change in the near future in accordance with provincial health regulation.


You will need to show proof each time you enter Marquis Hall Dining Rooms or the Culinary Centre.
