Jesse Papish

Jesse Papish serves as the Culinary Stores Coordinator for Culinary Services at the University of Saskatchewan. In this role, he oversees the operation of the central warehouse and is responsible for procurement, inventory management, supply chain coordination, internal distribution, and the maintenance of equipment and services that support culinary operations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Jesse earned his Red Seal certification and advanced through the profession to become an Executive Chef of a private dining club. His extensive industry knowledge, commitment to quality, and focus on sourcing local products and vendors help ensure the consistent delivery of fresh, high-quality ingredients and supplies to support students, faculty, and campus operations.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing creative hobbies, including woodcarving and leatherworking.
