Students, faculty, staff and visitors will be required to show a proof of vaccine before entering the Marquis Hall Culinary Centre and Dining Rooms.

USask defines “fully vaccinated” when an individual has received:

  1. The full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or any combination of these Health Canada approved vaccines:
    • Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna, AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson
  2. One or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada, followed by one dose of a COVID-19 mRNA Health Canada approved vaccine (Pfizer-BioNtech, Moderna).
  3. Three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not approved by Health Canada.

Acceptable vaccination documentation can include:

  • your vaccination card (with dates) that you received when getting your dose(s)
  • or your eHealth COVID-19 vaccination record. If you are submitting your eHealth record, please ensure it is your COVID-19 vaccination record only.
  • or international or out-of-province documentation is accepted as long as it verifies that you are fully vaccinated, in accordance with USask's definition. Consult with your healthcare provider, or with Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Public Health, if you have any questions.

**Please note that this requirement may change in the near future in accordance with provincial health regulation.

You will need to show proof each time you enter Marquis Hall Dining Rooms or the Culinary Centre.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience as we adapt to these new protocols.
