Marquis Culinary Centre

The Marquis Culinary Centre is a unique open kitchen all-you-care-to-eat concept offering many food stations and a rotational menu. Connected to the central kitchen and located adjacent to the dining rooms it serves as a hub providing service and support to residential dining, conference meals and walk in customers. Our menu includes a large selection of items at multiple food stations that are prepared fresh in small batches. This all-you-care-to eat concept allows guests to build their plate based on their needs, choose portions, and try new dishes.
